For the eighth year running, Cathay Bowl is pleased to present the Cathay Bowl Junior Classic 2004.
The Cathay Bowl Junior Classic is one of the most prestigious junior bowling tournaments in the region and has one of the highest prize money of S$30,000 for a perfect game internationally. Total prizes and prize money worth $60,000 will be awarded.
A record 180 bowlers participated in 2003 and this year, Cathay Bowl is targeting at least 140 participants to hit the lanes. Winner of last year’s tournament was Keita Oku from Singapore. A perfect game was elusive in last year’s tournament.
From 15 to 18 December, Cathay Bowl SAFRA Yishun will play host to bowlers from the region including Korea, Chinese Taipei, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, the United States, Australia and of course, Singapore.
